Who these terms are with
Vectrion Technologies, ABN 53 625 095 876
This site is operated by Vectrion Technologies (ABN 53 625 095 876), based in Canberra. Using it means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this website is, and is not
General information — not advice, not an offer, not a quote
This site describes what we do, published in good faith. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but do not warrant it is free of errors or complete. If something here matters to a decision you are making, confirm it with us first.
It is not professional advice. Nothing here is engineering, technical, legal or financial advice for your situation. Every project differs. Ask us and we will advise properly, in writing, with the context it needs.
Nothing here is an offer or a quote. Describing a capability does not commit us to deliver it at any price or timeframe. Work begins only under a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
Copyright Act 1968 — quote and link freely, do not republish
The content of this site is owned by Vectrion Technologies or used with permission, and is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
You may read and print pages for your own information, quote short extracts with attribution and a link, and link to any page here.
You may not, without written permission, reproduce substantial parts elsewhere, use our name or logos to imply endorsement, frame the site or present it as your own, scrape it systematically, or use it to train a model.
ORYX and the Vectrion name and logo are our trade marks.
Using the forms
Genuine enquiries only — and do not send confidential material
The contact and demo request forms are for genuine enquiries. Do not submit false or impersonating details, unlawful or infringing content, advertising, or attempt to overload or circumvent the site's protections. Submissions are rate limited, and we may decline or block ones that look automated.
Do not send confidential information through this website. A web form is not a secure channel, and sending it does not create a duty of confidence. Tell us you need one and we will put an agreement and a proper channel in place first.
How we handle what you submit is in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it, and are not liable for loss arising from it being unavailable.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees, and nothing here should be read as attempting to.
Subject to those rights and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability is limited to resupplying it or paying the cost of resupply.
Other sites, governing law, and changes
ACT law applies; links elsewhere are not endorsements
We link to third-party sites such as LinkedIn and the Australian Business Register for convenience. We do not control them and a link is not an endorsement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of that territory's courts.
We may update these terms. The version here is always current, with the date it last changed shown at the top. Questions: hello@vectriontechnologies.com.au.
